1. Services Offered

Amy’s Chinese Health Center provides professional massage therapy services. Services are intended to support relaxation and wellness but are not a substitute for medical treatment.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to book an appointment. Clients under 18 require the presence or written consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Health Disclosure

Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions before receiving treatment. This helps us ensure your safety and provide appropriate care.

4. Appointments & Booking

Appointments can be scheduled by phone. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

•    A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

•    Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

6. Payment & Refunds

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit, and other listed methods.

Refunds are not provided for completed services except in special circumstances and only with approval from Amy. Each request will be reviewed individually and must be made within a reasonable time following the appointment.

7. Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward our practitioners and staff. Any inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service and termination of the session.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
